Vintage eternity rings are usually set with diamonds, the gem associated with being ‘forever’. However, vintage eternity rings can also be crafted with other precious stones such as rubies, sapphires, and emeralds. Whilst vintage eternity rings can be worn on any finger, they are usually worn on the ring finger of the left hand.
