Returns Policy

We offer a full no quibble, money back guarantee on all online purchases. You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving the item, and it must be returned in its original condition. 

The returns period can be tweaked (within reason) on a case by case basis if you are buying the item in advance of a particular occasion. This would need to be agreed before we dispatch the item. Please contact us if you would like to discuss. 

If an item has been resized at the customers request, the refund is the full amount minus £50 resize cost.
